Returns Policy

We accept return of item(s) in new, unused and unwashed condition. Orders made with promo codes are eligible for returns unless otherwise stated. Customer will bear the shipping fees associated with the return.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Pillowcases with embroidery (unless it arrived with defect)

  • Scrunchies are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons

  • Sale items

How to return my order?

Step 1: Submit a return form within 7 days of receiving your item(s)

Step 2: Our team will contact you within 5 working days

Step 3: Your return must reach us within the next 14 days

Step 4: After your return is confirmed, a store credit will be issued to you

We do not do cash refunds and delivery fee will not be refunded. Store credit does not expire.


Exchange Information

A one-time exchange can be made for the same design to a different colour. Item(s) must be in new, unused and unwashed condition. Customer will bear the shipping fees (both ways) associated with the exchange.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Pillowcases with embroidery (unless it arrived with defect)

  • Scrunchies are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons

  • Sale items

How do I proceed with an exchange?

Step 1: Submit an exchange form within 7 days of receiving your item(s)

Step 2: Our team will contact you within 5 working days

Step 3: The exchange item(s) must reach us within the next 14 days

Step 4: Our team will send out the replacement item(s) to you within 3 working days from the date of receiving your item(s)
